2. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any features of our services or API's, by hacking or any other illegitimate means.
3. You shall not make any negative, denigrating, or defamatory statements about us, our brand names, including "Tackyant" and "Udupi Mallige App", nor engage in any conduct that might tarnish its image or reputation.
4. We are not accountable for pricing decisions set by the Udupi Jasmine Cultivators Association in Shankarapura, Udupi. Prices are determined based on factors such as demand, daily and past produce, and other considerations deemed relevant by the association.
5. Using our app logo without obtaining prior permissions from us is strictly prohibited
6. If we find sufficient evidence of unauthorized or fraudulent activities from your account, we may suspend your access to any part of our Services or terminate this agreement immediately, without notice or explanation.
